I already heard about the streetname of this one particular place here and it does makes sense but I never imagined that there could be more worst place than Malabon.(This was in Philippines)

Have you seen a place sink in water even there is no single rain drops? If not you must see this place. It was located in Obando, Bulacan. I suggest that if you would like to go there try to wear rubber boots and make sure your car engine is high enough so that when it submerged in water you won’t get stuck there.

This place was always in water since the road was being constructed. The conversion of some body water into land where to build houses also adds up to the problem. Of course aside from the unstoppable problem on garbage disposal of the people.

I was even thinking and asking when this place be flood free? I just hope that the government officials can do something about this.
