In modern times, our generation, especially Americans are too weak to take falls. Once they fail, they might simply beat themselves up. They seems that they can’t no longer be able to stand up again. Once people say, if you take a hard fall, you have to stand up instantly without a complaint. It is easy to say, but it won’t be that easy to commit it with action though. Some youngsters only see the future with easy work, good money; but they never thought about how they can achieve to this status step by step. How much hard work and mistakes they have to commit before they can reach it.

As youngsters, we should be able to take the falls. Even though we fall too hard, we should have the courage to stand up again. Learn from your past mistakes, and learn the experience. Next time, do not commit the same mistake ever again. That is the golden experience for our lives. It can’t be exchange with money, don’t you think? Don’t be afraid to do the hard work. Do extra work might increase your value, and your personal experience. Think it another way; it might be another valuable lesson for you. So, at work, if you trip over a mistake, learn from it. Do it again, and make it right the next time.
